Agnes was extremely helpful and always replied promptly, we received an email a few days before with information on the area. We had a fantastic family holiday and would highly recommend. Fabulous place to stay would highly recommend!
What a lovely relaxing, peaceful place to stay! We went with 3 children and had use of pool toys, bikes, a pushchair, a travel cot, a booster-seat high chair and lots of plastic table wear! It really felt like a home from home, but a better, tidier version!! Beach was close, local shops close, water park with slides close the water park well worth a visit despite its trip advisor reviews.
We had a splendid time here and would definitely come back! From Southampton airport to door, 4 hours! Couldn't have asked for more in terms of it's location right on the edge of the pine forest, a five minute drive to the beach at Labenne and proximity to Biarritz airport.
The house itself was just lovely - modern, bright, light and airy with all the mod cons you could possibly need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The perfect home away from home! The pool was a real highlight, especially with the children - we were in it everyday as temps reached over 30 degrees all week and our evenings were spent eating BBQ outside on the deck!
Agnes, Fred and their agents in Labenne were helpful and prompt on all occasions throughout the booking process and our stay.
Our only regret was that we didn't book to stay longer! The house is gorgeous and clean and in a lovely tranquil setting.
